This trip was just a radiator flush and fill to prepare for the upcoming inclement weather in Oklahoma. While I do most of the maintenance myself on my 2007 Honda Element - Elvira, I enjoy having the dedicated team handle my oil and other fluid service. I highly recommend the top-level, affordable service along with their commitment to keeping the line moving without sacrificing personal attention. I will be back in about 1k miles for my regular synthetic oil change.

Before I had them change my oil, I told the guy I was leaking oil in my vw and was making sure they had the rubber drain plug because it is a one time use drain plug it takes, the guy said they did. They change my oil and I said did you see the leak down there and manager says we don’t even go down there, we suck up the oil from the top. And I said I asked the guy before this started if you guys had what I needed or else I would’ve never got the oil change. He continues to tell me well we never even go down there. I offer to go down to auto zone and buy a $10 drain plug for my vw and come back so they will put the new plug in if I come back, the manager says yes. So I have to go to auto zone and come back then they have to take the oil they put in my car, put the plug I bought, then put the oil back in there. The worst part is while this is happening the employee who told me they had that plug comes up to me and says I don’t know why he told you to go to AutoZone we have the plug here. The manager or supervisor doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing, DO NOT GO HERE!
