  If you’ve been in a wreck that wasn’t your fault before you already know what it’s like coordinating with insurance. They did a great job with my car and kept me informed during the process, and that’s about all you can ask. Repairs took about a month. I’ll let the before and after photos speak for themselves.

  I don’t have enough good things to say about this shop. Very professional upfront and honest. This is the first time we have had a car get into a bad wreck that took a lot of work to repair and they were so helpful with the process and even though they weren’t preferred with our insurance they worked with them so great. If you need body work done you have to visit this shop. I know everyone situation is different but from what the shop could control the handled amazing. Hopefully I don’t need a body shop again but if we do we are coming back

  Honestly, incredibly disappointed in this place. The staff was friendly however I got my car back and I’ve had two different instances where I’ve had to bring it back in to continue to be repaired. It doesn’t seem like anybody double check the vehicles before they go Back to the owner. And when I called clearly unhappy that I had to bring my car back, the staff then returned with attitude. I definitely will not be bringing any vehicle back here to be repaired ever again.

  Well, it seems to be a hit or miss (and a roll of the dice) with a lot of these reviews, but my experience was actually GREAT.. Brendan had my car for two business days and let me know that it was ready. Seriously? Yup- body work and paint job- beautiful job, I am seriously impressed!

  Not one for leaving reviews but with service this terrible I have to. I was told August 4th was the completion date (which was roughly 3 weeks). The week leading up to it I received texts everyday that we were on track, everything looks good, no issues, still set to be done by the 4th, etc etc. The day of the 4th, crickets. So I call around 10, only to be told "not sure, let me check, I'll call you back" and didn't receive a call for another 6 hrs. When they finally called back that night, he said the technician had to go home due to an incident and he thought the truck needed another day or two. What? It was supposed to be done that morning? So the 4th ended up turning into the 18th which also led to another couple thousand in charges. Over that two weeks I kept getting told "oh ya, just another day or two" and then they would turn around and be like "oh we found this thing we still need to fix" and the date kept getting pushed back. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe the work or quality of service. After having the truck for over 5 weeks, they didn't even have the decency to wipe down the steering wheel or anything. Absolutely awful experience. Save yourself the hassle, and the time (literally) by avoiding this place. Will never be coming back to this place.
