  Very disappointed with Enterprise in Yukon, OK. I reserved a vehicle approximately three weeks prior to arriving in Oklahoma. The day before picking up my car, I received a voicemail from the Yukon office stating my vehicle was damaged, so they no longer had a car for me. I then called the office to confirm and spoke with their staff. This time, I was told my vehicle was no longer available because I was not allowed to reserve a vehicle at one location and return it somewhere else. I told the employee the message said the vehicle was damaged. He told me, "That could be true too." I explained I had no issue reserving the car online after clearly stated the vehicle would be returned to a different location. The employee told me I would have to rebook with Enterprise's airport location. By doing this, my rate would be increased, and I was still not guaranteed a vehicle. While explaining my frustration to the employee, he hung up on me. I suspect my vehicle was given to someone else and believe this office is very unprofessional and dishonest. I'd recommend using a different rental office while in Yukon, Oklahoma.

  The team in Yukon were very helpful and courteous. I had to extend my rental a couple times and was able to do that over the phone. I got to keep the same car which was great. The car was very nice and clean. I would use them again.

  My girlfriend went to get her rental because her car would be in the shop and the mechanic called and reserved a car and she called to confirm it and when she arrived they said they had no cars available even though they reserved it and they told her to go to another branch to pick one up but it was to late because I had to go to work. They didn’t offer to upgrade her or send one of the very lazy staff to go to the branch to go get one. We had to reschedule the repairs. We contacted the mechanic and he said he wasn’t gonna renew his contract with them and it’s likely that corporate will fire the whole staff once he doesn’t. This staff doesn’t deserve the paychecks they cash.
