- MHMelody HarrisOct 25, 20251.0Jason at the AutoZone was very nice the other guy I think his name was possibly Jay West I asked him could he please show me where to check my transmission fluid and where to check just show me where to check for my antifreeze he said we don't have to do it that's not our job I said I'm not asking you to touch it just to show me he turned around I thought he was following me out and then I went back in and he said no I'm not going to do what you were rude I said me rude so I'm saying he's got a problem he wouldn't even attempt to help me then he went out and started helping somebody else with the ratchets and and things to work under the hood of another vehicle that Jason was working on then Jason came over we looked at it and I had already checked the transmission fluid and Jason said I think that's where it is I said yep I see the fluid line it looks like it's fine his name was Jay I think West everybody else has been nice in there except for today so I'd have to give you a not a very good because I was going to call in on him and tell you he's got a sick attitude nobody was in the store he was just standing around doing nothing
