Never had a problem with these guys UNTIL I spent over 1,000 in parts that had to be ordered in a few days later that are supposed to be “lifetime warranty”. Which was the only reason I was okay with waiting a few days for the part and spending that much money. Called this morning to ask if they had my supposed life time part in stock. That’s when they told me the part was only a year warranty. When I told the manager Nick what my predicament was and that I was stranded with out a vehicle because I relied on their word, he told me to come in and exchange the part and let his co workers know I spoke with him about a courtesy exchange. When I arrived I told them the same, they told me they could offer me a “courtesy discount” if I buy a new alternator. Moral of the story is steer clear of these guys because not a single one of them can keep their word. I’ve been going to this place for years to buy parts and it’s a shame I can no longer trust this company. If I were you I’d go to oriellys or even Amazon at this point. Severely disappointed and let down.

He carried the battery out for me and installed it. He went waited until I turned car on to make sure it was working fine. Thank you sir for helping me with everything. Ps thanks to Lanee as well.
