- KMKenna Mason1 day ago1.0I took my Cybertruck to Pristine Auto Tinting & Detail in Bethany on September 13, 2025 to have the windows tinted. Immediately afterward, I noticed a damaged section on my all-weather rubber floor mat. The damage was clearly caused by the installer either dropping or laying down a heating gun during the tint installation, which melted the mat. Since then, I have made five attempts to contact the company to get this resolved. The owner repeatedly told me they would replace the floor mat, but despite those promises, nothing has been done. They have now stopped responding entirely. This is not the level of professionalism or accountability you should expect from any business. Extremely disappointing experience. Buyer beware.
