- CVChris Vega5 days ago1.0Alice D is extremely rude. She made me feel so uncomfortable!! I visited this QuikTrip location tonight to get gas, and unfortunately, my experience with one of the employees was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. When I walked in, there was a gentleman stocking food near the far register, and another employee named Alice D was kneeling near the front register. Since she was closest to a register, I approached her, said hi, and asked for $20 on pump 14. She completely ignored me. At first, I assumed she may not have heard me, so I politely repeated myself and said, “Hi love, could I get $20 on 14?” She still did not respond. Shortly after, the other employee came over and asked how he could help. Realizing there may have been confusion, I sincerely apologized and tried to make light of me possibly going to the wrong register and said, “Oh, girlfriend is down there working hard, I didn’t even realize that lol. I apologize.” He laughed and helped me, but Alice D still said nothing. A moment later, the other employee sneezed and I said “bless you.” At the same time, Alice D stood up, told him “bless you” as well, then rolled her eyes at me and gave me an aggressive look. That is when it became clear that she had been intentionally ignoring me. I have never seen this person in my life, so I am not sure what the issue was, but it made me feel very uncomfortable. I thanked the other employee, I didn’t say anything but just mentally noted Alice D name tag on the way out. Customer service is a basic expectation, and this interaction was unnecessarily rude and extremely unprofessional.

Only thing on it was ham cheese cucumbers and olives. I think I'm done ever getting qt kitchen items. This is the 3rd or 4th time my order was wrong. Training is important. I'm just going to Casey's or maverick for now on.
