  Don’t choose them if u expect for damage to not be done to your car and then not take responsibility for the damage. Customer service at its worst. Never called me and I actually stopped by there and was told because it’s older than 5 years(2017) they will not fix the damage. Stay away from them if i could give 0 stars I would. And mind you that they lost a customer over a $40 part

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Quick Quack Car Wash in Tulsa is hands-down the best car wash experience I’ve ever had—and honestly, it’s not even close. First off, the car wash itself is fantastic. My car comes out spotless every single time. And what I really love is that if you’re not completely satisfied, they’ll let you go back through for free. That kind of guarantee just shows how much they stand behind what they do. The vacuums are next-level. Powerful, easy to use, and they actually get everything up—which, if you’ve ever struggled with weak vacuums elsewhere, you know is a big deal. I keep my car pretty clean, but even then, these vacuums make a noticeable difference. But what truly sets Quick Quack apart is the customer service. It’s on a whole different level. Every visit feels welcoming, but I have to give a special shoutout to the girl with the blue hair—she is amazing. Always smiling, waving, and just genuinely happy to be there. You can tell she loves her job, and that energy makes the whole experience better. It’s rare to see that kind of enthusiasm and positivity, and it really sticks with you. I actually tried Tommy’s Car Wash on National Car Wash Day, and honestly, nothing compared. From the customer service to the vacuums (which were seriously disappointing), it just didn’t measure up at all. The only thing I wish Quick Quack had is a mat-washing station like Tommy’s—but that’s it. Everything else? Quick Quack wins by a mile. I recommend Quick Quack to everyone I know. I go there every single day—yes, even when my car doesn’t need it, even when it’s raining—because I genuinely enjoy the experience that much. The car wash is great, the vacuums are incredible, but it’s really the people and the atmosphere that keep me coming back. Quick Quack isn’t just a car wash—it’s an experience. And they absolutely nail it every time.

  It has been since December of 2025 and Erika the location “manager” has yet to follow through with her promise of fixing the damage from the car wash. We have gone by multiple times and given our information to Erika and other employees 4 times and have yet to be contacted. I have cancelled our 4 vehicle subscription that I’ve help for 3 years because of how poorly this has been handled.

  Wash didn't get all the dirt off my car. Attendant said yes when I asked if they had window cleaner, etc. No window cleaner, just towels. 🤷
