  Scott is a great man with integrity and transparency. Very professional and likable as a human being. As a first-time car buyer with only a scrap of knowledge regarding financing, I did not feel like I was getting trapped into anything. We went over the trucks components together and discussed the pros and cons of the Tundra I was interested in. Ryan with financial was also great in that regard and got me an acceptable rate with my shallow credit history. As with any dealership, do not go in without a bit of homework. Know a good deal when you see one.

  Traveling cross country and needed an oil change, got me in on short notice and it included a tire rotation in which they were able to tell me my rear brake pads needed to be replaced. Got me in first thing the next morning and back on the road I went. All staff interactions were personable and a fine dealership if I must say, keep up the great work !

  Gracias por la amabilidad y el excelente servicio por parte de todos , en especial a Salvador que fue quien nos asesoro para nuestra compra, literal desde que llegamos nos hizo sentir en confianza, incluso por telefono nos asesoro en varias ocasiones con dudas sobre toda la tecnología que trae la tacoma 2026. A pesar de mi crédito tan malo ellos me ayudaron a conseguir la camioneta que queríamos Gracias Salvador y compañía!

  I want to give a special shout out to Jackie, a service advisor there! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and always works as quickly as possible to get you in and out! She’s always got a good attitude and you can tell she enjoys what she does. She’s been there ever since I purchased my Corolla three to four years ago, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend scheduling with her, I know my car is in good hands!

  I have always purchased vehicles through Fowler. With every new transaction they find a new way to be disappointing. I will never buy a vehicle from Fowler again and I urge you to use any other possible option. The first vehicle the salesman made a lot of false promises that the dealership did not stand by. The second vehicle they were all apologies so I decided to give them another chance. They again were full of false promises and did not offer me the loaner that the salesman had promised while they got my new vehicle ready. Then when I took it in because there was a strange noise (first week of getting it) I did not hear during the test drive, they not only damaged my vehicle while in service, scratched the leather, they told me there was no issue when even my friend with hearing aids could hear it. They said the noise was a feature of the car, but my friend with the same model a year older didn’t have that issue. I truly wanted to support Fowler however now with my last vehicle, I am taking the hint and going elsewhere. I hope this was helpful to you if you read this. BUYER BEWARE!!! Try somewhere with a little integrity.
