This is exactly why I usually give my business to loves. This was the first time staying at pilot /flying j in a long time got other situations like this. I’m done with yall . You get your kicks by walking tired drivers up from their sleep to get their money!!
- DCDavid Chatman6 days ago2.0This place just won't fix stuff, it seams. Either no DEF at this pump, or no fuel, but Def at another. Go to use Kiosk to avoid line to get a fuel receipt, sent to my email. It use to work, now it doesn't. Let's see how long it'll stay like that. Im only here for fuel. Get here early, or plan to stay awhile. Once the area gets up, it'll be hard to get in and out.

- TDTiffany DoughertyMar 28, 20263.0The staff at checkout were very kind and helpful — they asked if I needed a bag and made sure I had my receipts, which I appreciated. However, the store itself could use some attention. The floors and bathrooms were not very clean during my visit, even though it wasn’t busy. The restroom especially could benefit from more frequent checks. I also noticed there were no non‑dairy liquid creamers available. Many other travel stops now offer at least a few non‑dairy options, so it would be great to see that added here for guests with dietary needs. Food options like pizza and chicken were available, and having a Denny’s inside is convenient. With a little more focus on cleanliness and updated beverage options, this location could be much better.
