- HHhank2 days ago1.0Below standard of enterprise. Never had this kind of issue with other locations that I previously rented with enterprise. Car was missing wheel rim cover. Car shakes on high speed over 60mph. I had mitsubishi Mirage. They did not have other car to rent out. And upgrade was additional charge. This car had previously complained of shaking on high speed and it was commented as it is common for this car and rental car is still renting and this location has no other car available . High way max speed is 65 and minimum 45. So before selecting this car watch out if you renting this Mirage car and ok with slow moving car.

This has been extremely inconvenient, especially when updates, changes, or important notifications need to be made regarding an active reservation. A service was paid for, but the lack of accessible customer service makes the experience very frustrating and far below expectations.

The rates were affordable and you can even earn points if you become a "member plus" customer. They have a variety of rental choices at multiple locations and their website site made searching easy to understand! If I need a rental again, I will call Enterprise Reant-A-Car!🙂
