  I had to get a rental recently, and the service that I received was OUTSTANDING!! Buster helped make the checkout process seamless. He was extremely hospitable and welcoming, when I picked up the vehicle. I kept the rental for a week, and Tylor was the Staff Member who assisted with my drop-off. She had a cheery attitude, was very friendly, as well as professional & made the process easy. I'd Definitely recommend this Enterprise location (off 101st/Mingo) to family, friends, etc. Regardless how busy this location is, their Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!!

  This place was very nice and professional. Austin helped me & my family & went above and beyond. Our car we reserved got recalled. Austin then proceeded to get us a new car fast as they could so we could go on our family trip & left the same day. He even got us a discount for the inconvenience! Highly Recommended.

  I rented a vehicle from this location for a work trip. The location is convenient, easy to get in and out of, and the staff are helpful. I had a reservation, and when I picked up my vehicle, they were hustling to meet customer needs; someone said there was a surge in rental needs suddenly from the weekend. The vehicle I was issued could have been wiped down better on the inside, but it wasn't terrible. My only caution to anyone renting from this location is that I was unable to add the daily toll fee to my transaction. The person helping me said that it's unavailable from locations other than the airport. This is a deal-breaker for me, because my drive includes a handful of tolls. Not only does it become more expensive, but the toll receipts can come in up to 90 days after the rental period, and they don't come in all at once. There are multiple charges and it's confusing to understand how much is charged and why. Since it's a business trip, I now have to submit multiple expense reports, creating more work for myself and others. So if you're planning to drive a vehicle from this location on any toll roads, a word of caution that it will be extremely expensive and create multiple transactions since they won't/can't (not sure which) allow you to add a daily toll package.

  I had such a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Every person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly—which made a stressful situation so much easier. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman who helped get me into a vehicle was incredibly kind and showed real compassion for my situation. That meant a lot. The whole process was smooth, quick, and seamless. I truly appreciate how easy their team made everything. Highly recommend!

  Would not recommend! Very expensive for a vehicle that was not clean. Upon return staff was verbally frustrated and unprofessional. 🤨
