We went and looked at the machinery and there were scuffs and scratches all out of the wheel cleaner. But they denied my claim because they said only if an employee damages your car does the insurance cover it or a claim can be approved, so they denied my claim and the guy was super rude through the emails. Basically trying to call me a liar. On top of that , the back of my car wasn't even clean the back bumper taillights area I wouldn't go there ever again.

I wasn’t about to pay $18 twice. The worker kept cussing and finally called their manager who was not there. I was assured the pending payment would not post. Guess what???! I was charged $18 for absolutely nothing but a horrible experience and a very unprofessional worker who used disgusting language - NOTHING- NO CAR WASH. I had to back out. . No thank you! I want my money back!
