Halfway in my car he’s showing me options then burps near my face and continues on like it didn’t happen. Then get my car washed and didn’t really take anything off. Still has bugs all over my grill. Then no towels here. I thought that’s what the carts were for but I guess I was wrong they are for holding spray bottles I guess. Then finally got some towels and left my windows all streaky. Only thing that worked good was the vacuums which is fitting cause this place sucks. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this overpriced catastrophe.

I went through twice once because I was trying a new service and both times (2 differentpeople) they never sprayed my windshield. But sprayed my rear bumper. 🙄 If anything bugs are on the windshield and front bumper of cars. Smh. I still had bug residue on my windshield after going through twice btw. Im sorry but, this car wash is terrible! Especially compared to Okie. Don't try Okie Express or you'll never use Zips again. Not promoting Okie. Ijs. The mechanics of the wash are antiquated. I can go on but...
