That did not occur on this visit. They’ve changed something at Volvo! Alex is in charge and he made the whole visit Super! Matter of fact, I was hesitating on buying another Volvo even though I love the car but now with Alex at the helm of the service department I have no hesitation in buying another Volvo. He’s working on getting more cars loaner cars and when that’s done it’s gonna be likity split in and out with great service!

I brought my XC40 in for its 20K-mile maintenance, and Cayden in the Service Department was welcoming and accommodating—he even found me a quiet spot where I could work on my laptop while waiting. During a break, I wandered the lot and fell in love with a used XC60… and ended up buying it the same day, thanks to the help of sales genius Marc Nellis who was helpful, friendly and patient. The icing on the cake? I accidentally left my briefcase—with my laptop inside—in the dealership and didn’t realize it until I was back home in Arkansas. I called Marc in a panic, and he immediately arranged to have it delivered to my house by noon the next day, delivered by a very cool guy named Rick. Talk about going above and beyond. I’m so impressed with this team—I wish I could move them all to NW Arkansas. Huge thanks to everyone at Bill Knight!
