  Came to the 71st Memorial location because the 21st and location was out of the way and they owed me a works Car Wash because the tire walls didn’t even get clean spoke to Nick. Who identified himself as a team lead he had no PR skills whatsoever.He was very very rude disrespectful and treated me like I was trying to get a car wash free and he was like telling me that it was a 15 minute Guarantee and you couldn’t leave the property and I told him it was dark at night and I said Eric never told me that I couldn’t leave the property. If you get your car washed done at night how are you supposed to know that your tire walls didn’t get cleaned that’s absolutely ridiculous. I will never use them again especially the one at 71st memorial stay from away from them.

  I purchased the works. The wash was pretty good and the dryer cleaned most of the water off the truck. The tires looked like they had never been clean. No shine was applied to the tires.

  Was on Facebook and saw an advertisement for 30 days free car wash and then you would pay the monthly membership that you selected when arrived to the location. The car wash attendant didn’t know how to work the 30 day free trial he then proceeded to get a manager after the manager pushed it through on his end. I was still charged $27 that I needed for the day. He told me that he would refund the $27 but still I was expecting to get 30 days free car wash and then pay my monthly membership, which would be $27 after I was charged. I then proceeded to the car wash. The car wash itself was OK but the dryers aren’t really good at all. I had to basically dry the whole car myself the vacuums weren’t that great. I had to reposition my vehicle to use the same vacuum. I guess I was just Expecting a better car wash, especially since I left club car wash to come join Tommy’s car wash membership and it’s a downfall they don’t offer free towels so basically I’ll have to go to Zips Car Wash to clean my windows

  Im not a fan of this place. Went once and it didnt wash my car good. Had to go to a different place and wash my car again

  Bought” the works” it didn’t clean the rim or tires very well. Spoke to the manager Kale & he said to bring it back at my convenience. I had foot surgery the next week so I wasn’t able to take it back right away. He says now he doesn’t remember & will not replace it
