That is a hard quality to find nowadays with companies or people! You won't be disappointed. They are honest and forthcoming with expectations and cost. He came within a day even though we weren't on his schedule and it was last minute. The coils I bought sounded like they had sand in them and helped us find the right parts, listened to the call for pricing on the parts and made sure we were aware of the price through O'Reilly's. I was at work and my spouse said he's the best and I am here to confirm he is indeed the best. Fixed the coils and also found a wire that was disconnected as well that I was unaware of. Very honest mechanic and my car has never made so little sound before while running. I'm very happy and now I can see my gma for Thanksgiving. I can't say thank you enough for saving this holiday season.
