  Fast and refreshing service. Hard to find from airport, no direction posted. Have to take shuttle to get to them. Employees were energized and efficient and well trained and dressed.

  The representative was nice, pick up and drop off was fast and easy, the car I reserved wasn’t available but I got an equally good car instead. The shuttle driver was a sweetheart and helped with a bag

  I am writing this to serve as a warning to anyone considering renting from Sixt: DO NOT DO IT. As a Class A CDL driver, I know how toll roads and vehicle handling work, and Sixt failed on every level. I placed my own personal toll passes on the windshield, yet Sixt still charged me bogus toll fees plus additional administrative fees after I returned the car. They completely ignored that my own transponders were in the vehicle and refused to remove the fraudulent charges. I have now had to dispute these charges with my credit card company. On top of the shady billing, the car itself was cramped and clunky. It had no power, handled terribly, and felt unsafe to drive—and I drive big rigs for a living, so I know unsafe when I feel it. Save yourself the stress and the hidden fees. Rent from literally anyone else. Sixt is a scam.

  I scheduled a rental car pickup online. I entered my information, chose a vehicle and booked it. When I arrived, I was asked for my license and credit card. I presented my bank debit card. The lady instantly said that they only accept major credit cards, and stopped attempting to complete my rental. She said she could call her boss and ask for approval, but she knows that he will say no because he does every time. She said the reasoning was incase something happens to the vehicle, they can’t charge debit cards. I asked why that would matter if I’m paying for the renters insurance, and she couldn’t give me an answer. I went through the renter information on their website and it in fact says that they DO accept debit cards. There are multiple ways she could have accepted my debit card, according to their renter information. I didn’t appreciate the lack of information regarding the situation. I also didn’t appreciate being refused service in person over something that’s outlined to be allowed online.
