- AAAIASep 19, 20251.0Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Disrespectful Employee Behavior To: General Manager & all whom it may concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received during my recent visit to your store. I stopped by to purchase a cup of coffee, accompanied by my trained service animal. Throughout my interaction, I remained respectful and courteous. Unfortunately, the employee at the checkout counter was extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude was unprofessional, and when returning my change, they threw the money into my hand rather than handing it to me properly. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also left me feeling judged and unwelcome. As a customer, I should not have to endure such treatment — especially when I am nothing but polite and considerate. I request that management investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure this type of behavior is addressed immediately. I value being treated with the same respect and dignity as any other customer, and I will not tolerate discriminatory or unprofessional conduct. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust you will handle it promptly and appropriately.
