My ex had a gift card from qt but couldn't bring it he was at work. This dude that works here embarrassed me said he'll no he couldn't help me and so I sat in my car FOR HOURS until my ex got off work. This gentleman ( if you wanna call him that ) could care less. He was rude, very condescending and interested in my plight. I didn't expect him to give me money or anything but it would have been great if he could have at least not yelled at me. Customer service doesn't have to cost money. A smile would have helped a lot. Ty

I was having a hard night and their kindness made my night. I live close by and come to this location almost everyday, and have never had a bad experience. Thank you quiktrip employees 🫶

When I asked the kitchen staff why a medium, they told me that was their large (this is not fact because of the 10 or more qts I have ordered this drink from), so I was lied to by a confrontational kitchen employee.
