So they don't really care that I was served raw pizza dough or how their employees treat customers. Thanks a lot Been coming to this QT for years. Every time I order, I have to actually speak to the "cook" because they do not have a button for what I need. 9 out of 10 times, the females always do it right. But when the guys work the kitchen, maybe 1 time out of 10 years have they got it right. Yesterday around noon (02-07-2026) That guy did not do what I asked. Got home with food still undercooked. Raw dough in the pizza. Please, if you don't want to be working, just quit. Don't mess up food because you have a bad day or something. I hate when there is a guy back there. Next time, I will drive the 5 miles to the next store so they make the food right.

Kept helping other customers instead of trouble shooting the problem and ignored me as the card reader kept failing. Manager claimed they couldn't manually add the card numbers even though other QT locations can and have done so when the card reader malfunctions. 31st and 129th did this in December 2025 for gas when the card machines were down. Next time I'll complain directly to corporate with a name.
