- KRKaitria “Stevie” RobinetteFeb 3, 20262.0I’ve consistently been disappointed with the morning staff at this location (can’t operate the points of sale or scan items correctly the first time), but this morning they “forgot to turn their ovens on” and tried to make me wait 10 minutes for a sandwich that should be available as SOON as kitchen service opens at 6AM. Then, they shoved some coupons in my face, thinking that would fix it. I’m done. If it weren’t for the more competent and consistent midday staff, this review would be one star. Thank God there’s another location nearby.

Line was moving slower than normal and just before leaving I look over and there is a dog on the counter. I have dogs and I love dogs, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't belong up there or near where food is prepped, near the QT kitchen. To the QT corporation check your store cameras around 11:10am. You will see what I am talking about. Zero level of excellence in your stores anymore. Will not be returning anymore.
