Recently I chose to evaluate Penske's offerings, and after just over 24 hours, they failed with flying colors. Respect and honesty are two fundamentals that should guide any company or individual. However, at least at the Pine St. Tulsa, OK, location, those values clearly are unknown or gravely misunderstood. We returned our rental as per telephone arrangements with the site, which allowed for an extended return window, and were charged for an additional 24 hours of rental by the very person who claimed to have made the arrangements earlier that day. I do not do business with individuals who can't be trusted. Ryder will continue to be our choice for rentals. I would even choose U-Haul over Penske.
