"These cars can't be rented out, we've had issues, this car is for someone, or can't take that since you are going to another location." I normally fly in to OKC and have never had an issue with their rental, first time pick up from Tulsa and it makes not want to fly to this airport again. Reading the reviews of other people this same exact issue seems to occur to other people, I've quite literally never had this happen before. Edit: I waited to see the next few people who did rentals and they were all given SUVs, beyond the worst service I have ever received. When I asked the person why the other people did they just said he is executive elite. I watched three people after me be given alternative options. Beyond the worst service I have ever received. Edit 2: As I drove to my hotel I thought more about this interaction, it was a choice by the two employees to give this level of service. I understand if all options were truly exhausted but when I asked for alternative options they declined to help, but the next guest they were will to work with.
