  Am an Emerald Club member and had a valid reservation. No issue with the vehicle itself, however the employee I encountered at the checkout booth was hostile and unprofessional. This individual questioned my email address despite physically holding drivers' license and my gving them the confirmed reservation number. They then ordered me not to look at the reservation on my phone, threatening to personally refuse the rental if I did, and stated it was policy that had to verbally answer the questions without looking at the revervation e-mail. After eventually accepting my information, this individual “ordered” me to back-up and return to the lot and exchange the Emerald Aisle vehicle I was already in for an economy car. The interaction felt like an interrogation and returning to the lot was absurd with the amount of times I've rented from National in the past. I will avoid National at OKC/Will Rogers Airport from now on.
