  11/17/25 11:20PM Several cars on the lot to rent but only willing to give a minivan, even if there is you are E.E. "These cars can't be rented out, we've had issues, this car is for someone, or can't take that since you are going to another location." I normally fly in to OKC and have never had an issue with their rental, first time pick up from Tulsa and it makes not want to fly to this airport again. Reading the reviews of other people this same exact issue seems to occur to other people, I've quite literally never had this happen before. Edit: I waited to see the next few people who did rentals and they were all given SUVs, beyond the worst service I have ever received. When I asked the person why the other people did they just said he is executive elite. I watched three people after me be given alternative options. Beyond the worst service I have ever received. Edit 2: As I drove to my hotel I thought more about this interaction, it was a choice by the two employees to give this level of service. I understand if all options were truly exhausted but when I asked for alternative options they declined to help, but the next guest they were will to work with.

  Normally, National doesn’t give me any problems as a whole and I don’t have any issues. This particular location in Tulsa, however, gave me a car with preexisting damage and because i hadn’t done the initial inspection of the vehicle since i trust National to be a reputable car rental agency, they decided to pass the repair bill onto me. I had pointed out the initial agreement had stated and recognized the preexisting damage they were claiming happened during my TWO days i had the car, but their ‘Internal Investigation’ found that they had done no wrong and still want to hold me liable for the damage. They were basically waiting for a sucker to skip the initial check on the vehicle so they can use that against them to repair the vehicle at no cost to National. Unfortunately, this has hurt my trust in National’s customer service and now i have to make it a point to record video and photo evidence of every car i rent from them because this trust has been broken. All because the Tulsa location is performing shady acts to recoup their losses. Watch out, be vigilant, and don’t trust them!

  When I checked out my rental A.W. was very nice and professional and I have had her before and every time she made it very smooth and hooked me up. When I brought the car back I had TJ and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job.

  Jared made the process seamless. This was not a grab and go location, but he was able to give me a few nice options and made it quick and easy to get the car and leave. After a long day of travel, that’s exactly the service I want to receive. Since it was a “record breaking high temp” for October, I was whipping around in a mustang convertible all week and had a blast. Drop off was just easy.
