While checking out, I witnessed the General Manager yelling at the cashier for accidentally dropping some coins. She told the cashier she was a terrible employee right in front of customers, including myself and others in line. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch, and I felt bad for the cashier who was just trying to do her job. This kind of behavior from leadership is unacceptable and made the whole visit unpleasant.
