Most of the jiffy lubes I’ve been too, everyone is professional, the service is top notch, and typically takes 10 minutes and bam you’re done. Pulled into this location, was sitting for nearly an hour while all the employees were around my vehicle just cracking jokes, and hanging out in the office. I was left unattended with no one even touching my vehicle and nothing being said for nearly 15 minutes. Short sweet and to the point, keep the bs for off the clock please and be a little more professional when you have people in the bays. I know I’m probably one of only a few with a bad experience but it is what it is.
