Once they have you locked into a device they make it damn near impossible to get it removed! They even try to trick you into having to sign a 1 year minimum lease that they don't tell you about before hand and there is a 200 dollar early cancellation fee on said lease. They will not make any amendments to the lease either. I've called dozens of times and have been on hold for hours at a time with no answer. Even their own specialists will admit that if they recognize your number they will not pick up the phone. I BEG YOU, GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR INTERLOCK SERVICE! This company is horrible and i promise you'll regret it if you choose them!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Francisco at 918 interlock (the service center where i had it installed and soon to be removed) is the only bright side to this whole experience, a genuinely nice nice person.
