- ARAylin RangelJun 5, 20251.0Barely on my third day with device and they already gave me a third violation because I cannot get the inhaling after blowing out part right and so I have to pay a lockout fee of $96....their machine also looks so old for it to be 2025 so I believe it is faulty. They are also very difficult to get a hold and will leave you on hold for 30 minutes.

Was placed back on hold, then transfered back in to the call waiting line. Do not use this company simply because they do not care about how they are presented or bringing quality service. The work order was to replace or fix a faulty device that keeps restarting, not allowing me to turn my car on, by the way. The service isn't worth it, the product isn't worth it, just do a little digging and find a better service vendor. I chose them because they were the cheapest option and boy did I get my money's worth.
