The man at the front desk was happy to help me but Iinformed me that the tire tech was on lunch and it would be awhile before they could help me. About two mins later , Chris, the tire tech came out and said he would take care of me before his lunch to help me out. Super nice guy and a great attitude. 30 mins later he returned my keys and had replaced all my tire changing tools and returned the spare under my truck. Wonderful guy and happy. He’s the reason I’ll return to GoodYear. Thanks Chris!

All I heard was I shouldn't have ordered tires online- come into the store next time. They ONLY one that I talked to that seemed to even care that they have had my car for 4 days was Blake. Jessie is a joke that told me l'd have to wait another 2 days(Monday) for him to get a code for my online order, I called and got them on the phone right away. I have always bought my tires from Goodyear, but this is my LAST time. Tate Bros will get my cars from now on. Add photos search.google.com Done
