From the time my vehicle was dropped off at Gerber she kept me in the loop. She made sure I knew everything that was happening. They did an amazing job. My vehicle looks brand new. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Debbie to all my friends and family. They were awesome!!!!!!!

- LDLes DJul 24, 20251.0I have a personal family friend (A. W.) which was involved in an accident with another driver which has State Farm Insurance. She took her 2012 or 2013 Jeep to Geber; she pick up her Jeep after being told it was ready for her and her Jeep didn't drift to the right, while she was driving it home after picking up the vehicle, but pulled hard to the right, aiming for the curb. I advised her to let the steering wheel have hands free but both hands close to the steering wheel to correct her steering, this is a great way to check your front end alignment. She took the vehicle back to Geber within 10 minutes from picking up her vehicle. Then the battles between State Farm Insurance claims department and Geber started. State Farm told her that the claim was done and my friend called me for advise, so I stepped by talking with my friend on the phone, State Farm started to give her the run around and when I spoke up, the claims adjustors quickly changes their attitude. The whole point of this post, Geber Collison did not do proper job of representing the customer with quality work. Everyone needs to know that all collision repairs shops do not work for the vehicle owners, but work for the insurance companies. Always remember that you do have rights and always inspect the job before accepting your vehicle. If you feel like you are being mistreated or pushed around, then you have the right to contact your state insurance commission.
