  Had extensive front end damage to my Titan after hitting a deer on the turnpike. Chose the shop on 9233 S Memorial in Tulsa & glad I did. Bethany was a great help navigating my insurance claim & though it took several months, the repair job was excellent. She & the technicians involved went above & beyond. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone with needed repairs.

  I do not recommend the team from this location - Paint good. ✅ - Communication horrible.❌ - Physical repair lacks precision.❌ - Physical care for vehicle while in custody was poor.❌ - Time expectancy❌ This company will over promise and under deliver. They do not prioritize time frames, you can walk in they won’t be working on your vehicle. You will be making phone calls to parts departments your self. They will try to pin blame of any mistake some where else. the section that they repainted is good and matches as should broken items on interior, paint scratched in unrelated areas, body repair was not the best. you will see other reviews have similar experiences. Try another company or a different Gerber

  Gerber collision auto repair is gouging just to get business and not fix your vehicle right. Just to get the insurance business. Taken away from collision repair companies that want to fix your vehicle correctly
