  We initially had our car towed to Jim Norton after accidentally filling it with the wrong fuel and, as a precaution, not starting the vehicle. Because of their reputation, we trusted them at first, but the quote they later provided did not seem reasonable. We then decided to get a second opinion from Fowler Toyota, and we were honestly shocked—in a good way. Fowler Toyota gave us a quote that was nearly half of what we were previously quoted. We also checked with multiple local mechanics, and Fowler Toyota still offered the most honest and competitive pricing. Since it was already Friday evening, they informed us the car would be ready by Monday. This was concerning for us because we only have one car at home. After explaining our situation, Fowler Toyota went above and beyond: they arranged pickup service to the showroom and provided us with a loaner vehicle for three days. I usually do not write reviews, but Fowler Toyota truly deserves recognition. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and understanding. A special thanks to the mechanic who even took the time to help us remove the baby car seat base—something that meant a lot to us during a stressful situation.Highly recommend Fowler Toyota for their honesty, customer service, and genuine care.

  I am very upset by the unprofessional treatment I received at this company, compared to Jim Norton, where people are treated very well and problems are solved professionally. Fowler Toyota of Tulsa is the complete opposite. I called, a woman answered, but couldn't find the phone number associated with my account. I tried to sort it out, and she transferred the call to a supervisor. He simply said in one sentence that my car wasn't yet due for service and hung up. I had questions, so I tried to call again, but my calls were dropped again and again.

  I was searching for a used truck in the OKC area and came across a beautiful F150 on the Fowler website. I was connected with our salesman Jim who was a fantastic resource from start to finish. He was able to answer my questions and get me additional pics, all in a timely manner. When the time came to make the trip up the turnpike, he had the truck out front already warmed up for me and had worked with the manager to get me a great deal. Jim was absolutely fantastic and we definitely be revisiting Fowler Toyota when the time comes to get my wife her next vehicle.

  Jackie is one of the most personable, hard working service advisors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It is beyond evident how much she develops and honors the relationships she builds with her customers; you can truly trust her to have your best interests at heart. She is relentless in getting the job done and ensuring her customers are completely satisfied throughout the process.
