Fowler Toyota of Tulsa is the complete opposite. I called, a woman answered, but couldn't find the phone number associated with my account. I tried to sort it out, and she transferred the call to a supervisor. He simply said in one sentence that my car wasn't yet due for service and hung up. I had questions, so I tried to call again, but my calls were dropped again and again.

I was connected with our salesman Jim who was a fantastic resource from start to finish. He was able to answer my questions and get me additional pics, all in a timely manner. When the time came to make the trip up the turnpike, he had the truck out front already warmed up for me and had worked with the manager to get me a great deal. Jim was absolutely fantastic and we definitely be revisiting Fowler Toyota when the time comes to get my wife her next vehicle.

Fastest oil change/tire rotation I’ve gotten at a dealership in my life. Staff were friendly. Service was great. In/out in 45 minutes for under $100. Couldn’t be happier. Staff were accommodating to our dog and newborn. 5 stars
