I was greeted by Eric who had exceptional verbal skills and made me immediately feel that I was in the right place. Rudy Vinalay (store manager) quickly found the problem , corrected it and I was on my way. In reflection , their teams customer service, knowledge and expertise made a concerning situation into a pleasant experience.

They are very transparent about what they do (I mean you can choose to stay in the car like I did) and did a great job on my vehicle. Highly recommended. Also got my rear struts replaced beautifully and bouncy very promptly before new year as well! The best price in town.

I typically go to the one in Broken Arrow, but I didn’t have time to drive all the way out there from midtown. This worked out great, because this is the best experience I’ve had yet with Express. Not only was I in and out in 10 minutes for my oil change, Erick quoted me for some future work I’ll need done AND topped off my tires just because he saw the low pressure light was on. I may live in Stillwater, but I’m coming here for all the work I need done on my car. These guys are legit and helpful, which is refreshing with how many shady mechanics there are nowadays.
