The three male employees there have a real "mean girl" attitude and were irritated that they needed to assist customers. After being told they had no vehicles to rent when I initially went in, I was put in a vehicle two days later that was parked in the same spot as it was when I went in the first time... with the same leaf stuck in the windshield wiper. It appears they did have a vehicle to rent, but didn't want to be bothered to help me that day. Will not be going back to the 11th & Lewis location ever!!

He handed me off to a coworker who said he was still busy handling something else and didn’t even acknowledge me. Kyle went on to help the customer behind me. This was the second time I’ve had dealings with him and rude both times.
