    Update 1/30/26: The manager of this location, Kyle, called to discuss what happened. To clarify, the employees at this location were friendly and helpful, never disrespectful. It was not my intention to imply the employees purposely gave me an incorrect vehicle. I had a good discussion with Kyle about what happened. He was polite, calm, and eager to rectify the situation. I have updated my rating due to their effort and willingness to correct things...that goes a long way with me. Thanks, Kyle I made a reservation for an AWD vehicle in mid-November. In late January, we went to pick up said AWD vehicle at this location. At the desk, I specifically asked them to make sure it was AWD, as we were on vacation and traveling through snow and mountains. Two employees assured me it was AWD. We found out later that evening that it was, in fact, not AWD. At that time, the location had already closed, and we had to get on the road. Long story short, I had a lengthy discussion with customer support about trading the vehicle along the way. We had to divert our travel plans through OKC and stop at two different locations, per Enterprise customer support, who had again assured us they had reserved an AWD SUV to swap out in OKC. When we got there, we found out there was no such AWD reservation for us. We then went to the airport...Enterprise had no AWD SUVs. At this point, we're now 6 hours behind schedule because of this error. I completely canceled our order with Enterprise, called customer service again, dropped the car off at OKC airport, and promptly got an AWD SUV with Alamo. We will not be utilizing Enterprise again. I'm confused about how a specific vehicle reservation made in November isn't upheld for the customer two months later. Regardless of multiple employee assurances, be sure to check your vehicle is exactly what you reserved and paid for at Enterprise. Also, customer support said they were refunding our almost $1000 charge from the day we picked up the vehicle. It's a week later, and I still haven't received any email confirmation or refund, as I was told. Such a headache.

    I had just had a wreck my vehicle was totaled, I was very sore, they only had a Jeep Rubicon, I am a short woman, the Jeep was very hard for me to get into, I needed help, that was all they had at the time, so naturally I went ahead and rented the Jeep, I did not like it at all, went back in a couple of days and they had a Toyota Carrola, that was much better.
