    This location gave me a hail damaged car and after I returned it they tried to claim property damage through my insurance. I was lucky that I had taken pictures at their parking lot.

    Alex with enterprise at XNA by far provided the best customer service anyone could and he didn't have to. We will be customers to enterprise exclusively just based on the interaction with him so thank you again Alex. 5 star service **Update and of course its a big company nickel and diming customers. I want to start off reiterating how great Alex at xna was and had it ended there definitely would have been a customer for life but now a month later we get charged for a toll fee. When you pay for the toll pass they make it out like it covers the tolls but in reality it covers nothing and is just a fee you pay to them. It was only like 7 dollars but thats not the point. They need to clearly state that but its just an add on they can do to help boost sales I assume. After all the great customer service (in person not online) they go and ruin it unfortunately. I got on the chat to ask about it, they mever responded and then I found online where you still have to pay the tolls.
