    I went to Enterprise after canceling a reservation somewhere else , and the experience here made all the difference. Even as a first-time customer, the process was smooth and stress-free. The gentleman who helped me spoke to me politely, respectfully, and without rushing or dismissing me, which I truly appreciated. I left with a truck at a fair price and felt like a valued customer from start to finish. This location earned my business going forward whenever I’m in TULSA. Thank you for restoring my trust in customer service.

    Had a great experience renting a truck from the Tulsa airport location. Pick up was easy and quick with no issues. I had to extend the rental and it was handle through emails. Very easy process and took no time to complete. Upon return of the rental, it was straight forward, simple and quick. No issues whatsoever. Great job! The young lady handling my return check in was very professional and courteous.

    Hertz in Tulsa OK airport is the worst rental car company I have ever dealt with. I had to wait 6 hours to get a car. Then I got attitude when I finally got one. And I was just billed for tolls when that was part of the contract to be covered. I've complained repeatedly with absolutely no resolution. The absolute worst most stressful company I have ever ever ever dealt with. Hertz is the right name for this company, it truly hurts.

    I'm not one to complain and often just 'take' bad service, but this has been the worst experience I've had with any Enterprise location by far. I rent with Enterprise a lot for work, am an Emerald Club member, and typically have minimal/no issues, which is why I decided to book a vehicle with them for my personal vacation. I noticed our flight arrives later than the location is open, so I attempted to call the TUL location to confirm if we would still be able to pick up the vehicle when we arrive, or if I need to make other arrangements. I have now called over 30 times, over multiple days and times, to get a "yes" or "no" answer on this question, and not once has an employee picked up. All I receive is a message stating they are "experiencing peak hours" (at all times of the day) and cannot pick up the phone. Enterprise's online support was of no help, either. I just wanted to know whether or not we would be able to leave the airport with the vehicle we had planned, but it seems that will not be the case. As such, I'm cancelling my reservation and do not recommend anyone book with this location.

    am extremely dissatisfied with my experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I have rented from Enterprise several times, yet I have not received any meaningful loyalty benefits. When I contacted customer service to ask about this, nothing was done to address my concerns or offer any explanation or resolution. My most recent rental was especially disappointing. I reserved a compact car but was given a smaller vehicle and told it was an “ultra-compact,” which is not what I booked or expected. On top of that, the customer service agent was unfriendly and made me feel as though they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service I was paying for. There was also a long wait time, and overall the experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. Between the lack of loyalty recognition, poor customer service, and not receiving the vehicle I reserved, my confidence in Enterprise has significantly declined. I would not recommend this location and will be reconsidering future rentals with Enterprise.
