They had be rental cars available and left me stranded and let me know while laughing they might have one in 2 days. Worst customer service ever. No communication. This experience just cements my loyalty to Hertz.

I am absolutely furious that I cannot speak to someone when I call. 7am. 9am. 11am. 1pm. 3pm. 4pm. 5pm. 7pm. Why even have a phone number if they will not answer the phone? Is all day "peak hours"? It ruined my entire experience renting with enterprise.
