Staff was very friendly in professional. I checked in online and I believe that save me some time at the counter. My vehicle was ready and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I have rented here before and had the same experience so I will definitely continue renting from this location.

I would steer clear of this location, and that's if you're even able to get a car.
Staff at this location are either:
a) Receiving incorrect information from their system;
b) Intentionally giving incorrect information to customers; or
c) Unwilling to provide proper customer service.
I called the number listed on Enterprises website for this location and was told on the phone that I would be able to reserve a Large SUV for holiday travel, but one would not be available for two days.
In person, no more than ten minutes after this call, the staff said that it would likely be more than two weeks until a Large SUV would be available, after the holidays, even after making a reservation.
This misleading information, whether intentional or not, is not only frustrating but is disrespectful to customers, existing or potential.

This enterprise location is so easy to get to. They have online reservations and the staff is quick to get you in your car and on your way. The drop off is easy too. Just a quick inspection and you are ready to go. Super easy and nice cars!

I’ve had a great experience renting from Enterprise at the Tulsa Airport, but this location was the complete opposite. No one knows where the keys to any of the vehicles are and everyone is asking each other what inventory they have instead of checking their system. You walk in and it’s complete chaos from the start.

I would dedicate negative stars if that was an option. Not only was a vehicle, not ready for me at the time. It was supposed to be ready, but I had to go across town to another location where a vehicle was again not ready.
Ultimately, I arrived at my destination an hour and a half past the time that the conference began. They had already passed my allotted time to speak. I was reprimanded severely by my boss, and I did not deserve that. On top of all that the car had a malfunction with the air pressure in the tires, I had to stop three times on my way to Enid to put air in the tire just to come back and be told that there was a sensor malfunction. So extremely disappointed.
