This enterprise was super helpful! I had an accident and so my insurance was paying and caused some confusion about my pick up, but everyone was super nice and understanding. Drop off was easy, only took about 5 minutes! This was my first time renting a car, so it was overall a really good experience!

We reserved a 15 passenger van from Enterprise Rental for pick up on Saturday at noon (this was the time assigned to us by the app and met our needs) and return the following day at noon. The day before our rental, an employee called and asked us if we could please pick up at 11:30 as they closed at noon. That was all the information that was relayed. We agreed and arrived at 11:15, the same employee that called on Friday told us if we picked up at that time, we would be charged an extra hour because they did not open until noon on Sunday, even though we were there early at his request. There was no offer to waive the $63 for the extra hour of rental, and because we needed the van, we had to go kill 45 minutes in our already busy day to return and pick up at noon. The employee stated he was the same person who called me and requested we pick up earlier than the time we had scheduled. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and felt like we had been manipulated for an extra hour of rental fees.
