  Let’s just say South Mingo is now my location! The customer service was superb, The SUV was perfect for us and what we had to rent the car for it had perfect space for my children and all of their sports equipment! We don’t rent from anybody else and now the South Mingo location is my location!!

  Called to clarify if I could drop my car off at a separate location (I’ve never rented a car before), whoever talked to me on the phone was rude in tone and laughed at my question. I work customer service so leaving this review is something I’ve never done before. When I asked to talk to someone else since the other location told me I’d need to ask permission before dropping it off with them, I was informed everyone else was with a customer so someone could call me back. I think a little more training is necessary so people don’t leave conversations more confused than before they called.

  Basically everything was good, not great, bit 4 stars... then Inget this Toll bill charged to my Credit Card... I have a pikepass and I have the lower rate bc I prepay my tolls... but Enterprise, instead of doing what they used to do, and get my Pikepass information, which I offered, they charge me a Service fee of Nearly $5/day for 7 days ($35) for me to pay the tolls, which I remind you, have been prepaid, of $21. What a ripoff. Talk about feeling like I've been taken advantage of. Will absolutely avoid Enterprise from now on. Fee being more than tolls, what a criminal 'enterprise' they have going. All they needed to do was add my tag in the system.

  Called in to make a reservation. They told me it was available anytime after 1. When I got there, they informed me they had given the vehicle to someone else already and didn’t have a vehicle to replace it. What’s the point of a reservation if they just give it away to someone else.

  The black guy who picked up the vehicle at my sister's private property in glenpool that my fiancee had rented did not take the situation seriously I saw him laughing when I was upset and that right there is a big fat no no you don't do that when handling customers response I understand it had to be taken but employees are not to be laughing I'm not blind I saw him sitting in a personal vehicle laughing with the tow truck guy I find that inappropriate and disrespectful and not only that whoever inside this location along time ago was disrespecting my fiancee's dad who was trying to get business done i will tell anyone not to attend to the the memorial dr and Mingo location in tulsa oklahoma because of what was done and not only that I've seen some reviews about this location that people with one star more than one person and yet that's bad on the company that makes enterprise look bad and embarrassed so I becareful people don't there go rent somewhere else just a warning ⚠️
