I have watched its steady decline in customer service to what looks to be staff shortage issues. I don’t blame the employees as that is the owners responsibility which is why I am leaving 4 stars. I had to get a car last minute and they had only two options. I had to wait for them to clean it which usually frustrates me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to my haste of a last minute reservation. Daniel assisted me the entire time. He was very professional and made sure I was taken care of before he handed over the keys. I really appreciated that. Waste of a good worker to a company that doesn’t appreciate its employees.

They picked me up 🚐🙌 I was fortunate to work with a professional during the check-in process 🤝 He was patient, and he made sure he marked all the existing damage on the car 📝✅ He was knowledgeable about the car options, period. 🧠🚗 He gave me a choice of a Nissan, and the Nissan had better gas mileage, so I went with the Nissan⛽👌 He marked all the existing damage ✔️ He was very informative and supportive of a local business owner in the community, period. 🏪💙

Bianca went the extra mile to get us the rental we needed and made sure to communicate the progress. The location was very busy when we went to pick up, but Bianca made the process so easy and quick. Kerry was equally pleasant and professional when we returned our rental the following day. Even though we have an Enterprise much closer to us, we will continue to use this location for our rental needs as the customer service was above and beyond.
