I used my AMEX rental car protection plan for the first time when renting instead of the $29.99/day Enterprise charges. Glad I didnt have to use it, but about 10 minutes out of the lot, someone ran a red light while I was doing about 50mph passing through an intersection on TX-29, with my entire family in the car, and caused me to slam complete stop on the brakes to prevent an absolutely devastating crash from happening. Thank you for maintaining the brakes on the Mazda SUV we rented. I will be a Karen and complain that it took far too long for us to sign out when we first arrived at 8:15am. Our planning the trip around the 8:30am - 8:30am return time to keep our 24 hour rate, we were not helped until 9:24am. We were also unaware that Sunday return dates do not have firm times needed to drop off. I did read some ahead of time and planned on my side accordingly, some of that stuff did Rub Me Raw not gonna lie. Would try again in future.

Very personable and will definitely call them in the near future. I also want to add that Owen was extremely polite and helpful. I don't remember the name of the representative I had the first time but he was just as polite and helpful.
