    State farm had a vehicle reserved for me on Monday November 24th 2025. I was injured in the accident when I was hit by a crazy driver. State farm added my daughter to the rental because i was injured so bad I can not drive. I'm ggoing to havevto have spine surgery. I called to confirm the reservation and the lady was so freaking rude. Said she would call state farm and cancel the reservation. Because my daughter is not on my insurance. I cancelled my insurance because the car is not drivable! Buy my daughter who is driving me around and taking my youngest son to school who is 29 years old doesn't qualify. State farm was good with paying for it. But enterprise said no! I would find another rental company if I were anyone reading this!

    Was a screw-up from the very beginning. I was told one thing then when we got to the rental office nothing was like it was supposed to be.Go to hertz.They took care of business.
