  The first time I took it in they said the head gasket was blown and it wasn't. The second time it was blown but they still went ahead and did an oil change a air filter swap and change the small gasket to help an oil leak. Mind you the car is 25 years old and not worth the $10,000 it's going to take to get a new engine now that the head gaskets blown. So when I asked why charge me for these repairs that didn't need to be done instead of reassessing and getting my approval going forward once I catastrophic failure had happened in the motor, he said I'll call you back and then came back with a random discount price "oh I can't do anything about the price but I'm going out of my way for you." With no explanation as to why these repairs were done in the first place once they knew the head gasket was blown. They also lie and say "your phone isn't accepting phone calls maybe get that checked out" so they can cover themselves, and act like they did everything right. I ended up just settling with a $500 bill Even though it doesn't make any sense at all, just to get away from them. I will never use them again, super disappointed. Edit: they ended up figuring it out and refunding me on unnecessary repairs. Better late than never.

  Very friendly.....explained all the work they are doing to your car. I couldn't ask for a better place to bring my car.

  I have used Briarwood for several years and have always been extremely satisfied with the services rendered. Casey and staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they service and honest. They always take the tine time to discuss the repairs and the cost upfront.

  Honest, reliable and fast! Stellar customer service from the front desk person. I love that they text with pictures and explanations of what is wrong. And they also texted the estimate and let you choose to sign it And approve it via text!! So convenient!
