  An Autozone associate helped me change out burned out headlights in the dark and rain. I was having trouble getting the new lamps in and was very greatful for the help!

  There’s this dude named Tyler very nice and professional went to Christian Brothers and they said I need a new battery because it had a little bit of corrosion on it. had Tyler look at it, clean up the corrosion off for free and test the battery three times and it came back good and saved me so much money

  Tyler needs a raise. He came outside in the cold and wind with me to install a new car battery I had just purchased. He was extremely patient and friendly. Totally service oriented.

  I ended up leaving a glowing review, especially since we’re shareholders. So I could be a little biased. Haha. They had the part we needed and we had the correct one in hand in under 15 minutes. The store was clean, parking lot safe and well maintained, the staff were professional, and the whole experience was smooth. Very happy AZO shareholder here. Kudos to the staff and management for a well-run store.

  Called ahead to see if they had the antifreeze my car takes, super nice and helpful. Show up and I don’t recieve the same courtesy. Greeted by two young boys who were more concerned with talking to this young girl standing there talking to them. Was told “sorry we just were in an important conversation” after I apologized after feeling like I was interrupting them. Checked out and the girl and other young worker just kept starting at me. Just simply ridiculous. Your job is to help people not stand around and flirt
