Employee was very helpful, he fixed my headlight & helped figure out what I'd need to replace my fender clips.

Purchased a tire pump. Unfortunately, it didn't work so I had to return it. the store employees told me they could not pull up the transaction by my phone number! They demanded that I have a receipt to make the return. they made me go all the way back home to get my receipt! after I return the store manager was there and I asked him Hey Bud. If I lost my receipt. Could you pull that receipt from the system? And he told me yes... this is why I don't use autozone anymore! untrained employees that don't know how to do their job trying to assist customers! it's bad for business. It was the worst customer service experience. I have experienced in a while! do better

long time llc commercial customer, huge fan of autozone. put in seven years with the company after college and left on good terms to take over family business. bought my dual post lift and lots of duralast tools for my current business. tonight goerge @ store 0560 was having a bad night possibly and needed to flex his psm power at my expense. i was working in tulsa near the store when my 1/4 duralast ratchet began to be difficult to turn and the direction lever was difficult to move. initially the employee didnt know the warranty policy for duralast handtools, he asked goerge and goerge told me that warranty isnt handled in store, said i would need to fill out a claim form. i took my broke ratchet to leave but didnt feel good abt it. so i found the warranty info online and went back inside to logically talk to george but now he's snarky, acts busy and tells me to have an employee swap out the tool. finally the employee gets to manager password and goerge types in his code but now they need to scan my drivers licence, no prob ive wasted 30 minutes here already. employee said there system denied my license but has no reason why, goerge is present and declines to warranty out my ratchet or explain, instead mutters "managers descretion" a few times.. im so dissapointed in autozone tonight, when i got back to my truck i realzed i was still wearing my yamaka, im pretty sure the employees were not being racist, but its been six hours since my visit and i cant think of any reason for the ill service. at this point i regret investing my money in duralast tools
