I was going to pick up some valve. Cover gaskets for my vehicle when when I got there. They didn't have them in stock, even though it still said online that they did. So I didn't enjoy that, but the lady was really nice. And let me know that they can ship them to me.

I got what I needed but there were no options. I was also a bit surprised that there was like no conversation about anything. Seems a little unusual for business that typically talks to its customers. Maybe I just hit a off night.

After calling several times and coming in person, most people would probably be pretty impatient by the time the whole issue was solved- but not this guy. Couldn’t recommend them enough. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. Will talk about this experience for the rest of my life (in a good way)!!
