Spent 15 minutes waiting in line to buy some small items that I grabbed. Didn’t need any parts, didn’t need anything looked up. The lady was on the phone talking to someone while a male staff member was talking outside after changing a battery. In 15 minutes four other people entered the store for assistance and not once did the lady stop, put the person on hold like usual advanced auto staff do, she finished her call and then finally attended to the store. When she began to check out my two items, power steering fluid and a car scent and she almost rang me up for a radiator fan? This was a joke of a store. Not returning.

Anyone could have took anything at anytime while this gentleman was in the back doing whatever he was with this female. At 8:45am come on people.
