  Great service, and sometimes they don't have a cheaper part in. There parts are good and they'll replace any faulty parts. Prices are good.

  They had us go back and forth between this one and the one on Admiral for a hose. It's rather embarrassing how much they don't know. Getting a coolant hose took an hour and 22 minutes. I was stuck in the car with two young boys while my husband was in both stores. Go to the one on Admiral first.

  FeFe Love was so helpful.. she had a bright lovely smile when we walked thru the door she helped us immediately and found everything for my car in under 5 minutes… she explained the parts to me very well and made sure I understood everything she doubled checked for all my parts and made sure they was the correct ones I needed.. her customer service is top notch and I’m more than happy that she helped me… I would recommend ppl to go to 21st and Sheridan and speak with FeFe she knows her job and takes it serious… I really appreciate her… thank you for making my experience a wonderful one…

  I went in today for a new windshield wiper, and as a newer driver I'm fairly unfamiliar with replacement parts and what I need for what task; FeFe Love at the front counter was SO polite and understanding! She had such a warm and inviting energy, and even though I felt bad and that I was bothering her, she reassured me it was okay and was very patient with me; I highly recommend visiting AutoZone if you're in need of help, I have had nothing but great times going in

  Absolutely the worst service! I had gone to another location and they said they called this location to verify if they had a specific tool in stock. The first location said they spoke to someone stating they in fact did have it, so I drove over here just for the manager on duty to say she never told anyone that, but she in fact had been hanging up on the other stores calls. That is horrible customer service and a waste of my time and my gas. Extremely rude to the people in store.
