  Friendly. Did the work as agreed although they didn't clean-up the debris in my car after the job was completed. I would still recommend this place.

  Ford took my car to American Auto Trim for a rattle in the roof/sunroof, these guys were unbelievable, they worked so hard and went way beyond trying to fix it, they kept in contact with me and showed me everything they had done so far, now we are waiting on Ford to approve repair, Thanks Rick and Dewayne, I highly recommend these guys!!!

  Coordinated to have someone with me so I could drop my car off. Got there and the door was locked. No note on the door indicating that they were gone. My ride home couldn't wait around so had to leave . Reply to owner comment 6/20/2019: It doesn't say "by appt only" on your door or website. In fact, your website says"Stop by today for your FREE estimate." Also, I called a few weeks ago asking about the price of replacing a headliner, I was given an estimate but was told you'd have to see it for a firm quote - understandable. However, nobody said anything about setting a time - I was told to just bring it by. Seems like you're trying to get out of a bad review. Had you told me that it was "by appt only" the result would have been quite different. Good grief.
