  Joe was courteous, professional and friendly when my vehicle stalled out in a rain storm. He quickly and efficiently loaded my vehicle onto his truck from a busy intersection during rush hour and got my vehicle to my mechanic. I highly recommend him for his professional service and friendly service.

  From the second, Rosie answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. She assured me everything would be fine with my vintage airstream being towed a few miles! She got me a really great price and Rusty showed up quicker than I anticipated. Smoothly figured out how to get my air stream out of its weird little spot and had a great sense of humor while doing it. I appreciate you all so much. Speedy’s was gonna charge me $1000 and Metro wrecker was gonna charge me $750 but Metro wrecker couldn’t return my phone call so they didn’t get my business…. 918 wrecker charged me $250. That’s insane savings. I’m telling everyone!!!!

  Joe (Joseph) was an incredible help! It was my first time dealing with a flat tire so I was a little nervous/unsure about what I could do. He was incredibly polite, reassuring, and professional. I truly appreciate his help towing my car 2 months ago.

  It’s never a good day when you need to call a tow truck but when you need one, call 918 wrecker and ask for Joe!! He showed up earlier than estimated and was professional and polite. He got my car towed quickly to the dealership and even called to give me an update after I left the tow site leaving him in a tricky “how am I going to get this car out of here” situation. Great experience overall!

  I had an excellent experience with Joe from 918 Wrecker. AAA dispatched him, and from start to finish he was on point. He called ahead of time to keep me updated on his ETA, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was already thinking a few steps ahead about how to handle the situation. What really stood out was his professionalism and initiative. The drop-off location, Grubbs Nissan, wasn’t the easiest to coordinate with, but Joe handled it like a pro. He knew exactly where to go and took the lead so I didn’t have to stress over logistics. Honestly, this is how service should be. Clear communication, reliability, and someone who actually cares about making your day easier. Wish more people were like Joe, highly recommend!
