This Pilot is ripping drivers off of their points, not getting them a shower and they won't help you fixed the problem. They just give you a phone number and tell you to call them. I will NEVER get fuel or by anything from this truck stop ever again.
- BBBryan BrutonJan 2, 20265.0There's always a fuel pump open and the fuel areas are clean. With fuel and fuel pricing, apply for the Pilot and Flying J loyalty card. As a retired "Professional" Driver, I have used my card for years. Inside the Pilot Travel Center it is always clean as with the restroom and showers. Additionally, the property is safe for a nap 24 hours a day. Semi drivers have plenty of secure parking spaces most of the time. Weather is a key factor when it comes to parking your rig. If drivers coming from the opposite direction you are traveling and are chattering about a weather issue a head, it's a good idea to park your rig, take a shower and buy some food that's conducive to your house. I'd top off first then park.
