The TRANSFLO machine was down from a power outage the night before and Michelle took the time out to get things working even though it was time for her to get off for the day. Now you talk about customer service at it's best. I say that because that just doesn't happen that much nowadays and something like that makes a big difference to a guy like me. Thanks Michelle.
