  It has been over three weeks since I submitted a claim for damage to my vehicle and requested a refund. The damage occurred within the first two days of using their service after purchasing the "free month" promotion. I've visited the car wash multiple times to follow up, but each time I'm told that someone else is responsible and will contact me. So far, no one has reached out. What's most concerning is the amount of sand residue left on my vehicle after the wash. Their brushes are clearly dirty and loaded with debris-there's no way a car can go through that process without risking damage. If you care about your car and expect responsive customer service, I would not recommend this MUSTANG.

  Terrible vacuums. Terrible wash. Wheels looked possibly worse somehow. No towels to wipe down the way too many wet spots left all over the car.

  If you need to wash your car all the time it makes pretty good sense. It doesn't get your car sparkly clean but it ends up being pretty cheap if you're washing even a couple of times a week

  Decided to try out a new car wash bc it was closer to me, my car was DIRTY. It had bugs all over the front and bird poop all over it. I got “the works” for $25. It did not get ANYTHING off my car. They don’t spray down your car to get anything off in the beginning. They don’t give you a towel to clean the inside. There is no one guiding you at the entrance so car were bummer to bummer, and I’m sure i didn’t get the works. There’s $5 kit machines you can buy at the vacuums. Swiped my card, didn’t work. Vacuums also suck. Didn’t get anything off my carpets. My car left looking as it came in!! I reached out to customer service for a refund. No answer. Don’t go here.

  I paid for “The Works,” but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The tire cleaner/shiner wasn’t working, and when I asked about it, the employee told me it was broken and suggested I drive 15 miles to another location that “might not be broken.” That response was disappointing. I also tried two different vacuums, and the suction was very weak (see video). Overall, the service was lacking. I may give them another try in the future, but this visit was not a good experience.
