- TLTara LeighFeb 19, 20262.0Well they were friendly enough. However, my car was still filthy! Which was so disappointing for me. I have panic attacks going through these, so for me to be able to do it and then to find my car still had dirt all over it, as well as scratches and scuff marks! I just used some towels to wipe it down as best as I could. Vacuums were ok. The floor mat cleaners were terrible. I don’t have dogs and I ran my mats through, they came out with dog hair in them! I mean they look better I guess, but it was annoying that I found a bunch of red dog hair that I’m going to have to vacuum off later. I don’t think I’ll be returning back to this location. Oh! I almost forgot to mention I paid the top tier wash and my tires didn’t shine at all. Also there are runs all over my car so the spotless wash and dry is also no good. 😢 $25 for subpar wash. I think I’ll pay for someone to clean my car and detail it next time.
- TNThe nayFeb 15, 20261.0I've been going to this car wash for a long time, even before they changed to Tommy's but the last 2 visits have been rip-offs. The vacuums barely work, the air doesn't work at all, the cloths are dry. I went to 5 different stations today looking for a decent vacuum and they were all really weak. I ended up going home and using my lil mini vacuum after using using their vacuums and my lil cheap Walmart vacuum was tremendously better. The air wasn't working at all. I asked other customers about it and they were also disappointed and the employee didn't know anything about it. The outside of my car is already ugly. I go to the car wash to keep the inside of my car nice. But if the vacuums are weak, the air doesn't work and the towels are dry, then I completely wasted my time and money. The washes are like $10-$35, much more expensive than surrounding car washes.
