- BBbackJul 5, 20251.0Very strange experience here tonight. Had to use the restroom but also planned on getting a black and mild. Had to go so bad that I didn't really care much about the stupid floor signs she placed in rows to attempt and block access to the restroom at the entrance of the store. Upon coming to the front desk I was rudely greeted and questioned about whether or not I noticed that she placed a "closed restroom sign" at the entrance of the store. She claimed that it was due to wet floors but the floors were completely dry. She looked very hostile. I did not appreciate this interaction as a harmless and kind customer. This lady needs to learn to not treat people this way or be fired. I plan on contacting customer service and reporting this tomorrow. Her behavior was a bit aggressive and she looked very unstable with very dark circles around her eyes and very unwelcoming demeanor.
- MMMaggieNov 28, 20202.0The over night staff are very rude one cashier you have in your store thinks he's humorous when a customer asks for a certain item and he will say eh that's kinda far away and walk super slow to get the product and if you ask for anything he will continually make jokes about the item being to far or kinda hard to reach very unprofessional and cashiers have no personality or sense of customer service
