Then the staff lied to me about calling and leaving a voice mail, I played the voice mail for him and he they only called to confirm, not to tell me they didn't have my reserved vehicle. Then the staff just smiled and said "There's nothing we can do about it". Poor customer service. Lack of professionalism and nothing done to correct the situation. It's a disappointment to be treated in this manner when I travel often and have used this company often.

So when the adjuster called me at the perfect time. I informed her of the situation and merged the calls and they went above and beyond and got me approved for up to 70 a day from the insurance being able to put me in a rental similar to what I am already driving. I couldn't be more thankful especially before the Hollidays!

The other rental places are way out hwy 51, by the interstate. If one is without a car, enterprise is the only place you can walk to.
